1. Agreement
By downloading, installing, or using CueAlchemy ("the Software") you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Software.
2. License
A paid subscription grants you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use CueAlchemy on activated machines. Each license may be active on one (1) machine at a time. You may move your license to another machine by deactivating first.
3. Subscription & billing
Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period (monthly or annually) at the then-current price. Payment is processed by Payhip as Merchant of Record. You may cancel at any time from the customer portal link in your Payhip receipt email; the subscription remains active until the end of the paid period.
4. Refunds
A full refund is available within 14 days of initial purchase. After 14 days, refunds are issued at our discretion. Contact cuealchemy@gmail.com .
5. Trial
A 30-day free trial is available per machine. Attempting to extend the trial beyond its expiry (e.g. reinstalling, rolling back the system clock) is a violation of these Terms.
6. Ownership
CueAlchemy is owned by Elias Alchikhani ("Elchix"). The software is licensed, not sold. All copyrights and intellectual property are retained by the author.
7. Projects & user data
Projects you create with the Software are your property. They remain accessible and openable after your subscription ends, though triggering cues requires an active license.
8. No warranty
The Software is provided "as is" without warranty of any kind. The author is not liable for production losses, data loss, show cancellations, or any damages arising from use of the Software. Always test with your show file before going live.
9. Changes
These Terms may change. Material changes are announced by email or on this page. Continued use after changes implies acceptance.
