Privacy Policy
Last updated: 2026
What we collect
- Email address (for account, license delivery, support)
- Payment metadata (via LemonSqueezy — we never see your card)
- A hashed machine fingerprint (derived from CPU/motherboard IDs) — used to lock the license to your computer, never sent in plaintext
- Activation events (date/time, license key, IP address at the moment of activation) — used for anti-piracy and license portability
What we do NOT collect
- Audio files, project contents, or anything you produce with CueAlchemy
- Keyboard/MIDI/OSC input — nothing you trigger is transmitted
- Usage analytics from within the app
Third parties
- Payhip — payment processing, subscription management, license-key generation, and purchase-confirmation email delivery. Their Privacy Policy applies to payment data.
- Vercel — hosts this website
